Coordination and management of the construction process, supervising the delivery of on-site work to ensure it is within quality guidelines and conditions of contract.

Formed in 2012 by Scott Jensen, the name LUA extends out to form the core of the business; Landscape, Urban Design and Architectural Services.

LUA was created after the unique combination of specialisation and experience of Scott’s capability, as he is able to successfully balance all aspects of a project as a lead, to problem solving, design, client liaison and providing value management, all within time frames and budgets.

LUA has a solid network of national industry connections and professional relationships that include suppliers, contractors and subcontractors, government and council administration to ensure your project is delivered to your expectation.

LUA is based in Brisbane, South East Queensland with the majority of projects accomplished in this region. Scott has also worked on a variety of other projects throughout Queensland, Northern New South Wales and also a short stint in China on a design boot camp for the Guangzhou Provence.
